My bad, i wasn’t sure what your specific requirements were. For some it’s mostly the idea of scratching that’s a turn on. It seems that you want either something that is real scratching or something that looks very close to it when examined frame by frame. I’ll be more particular and I’ll verify before recommending another.

Thanks, Sbnind2. I like any scene where a woman uses her nails to inflict pain, either by scratching, digging, or pinching. I even like if a woman merely mentions using her nails to hurt someone.

Here is a selection of scenes (I posted this in another thread in this forum):

Vice Squad (1982) 'Princess', a Hollywood street hooker, tears up her attacker's face really good, starting from his forehead, over his eye socket, and all the way down his cheek to his chin. She also wears sexy, black nylon stockings and heels, adding to the eroticism.

Nuts (1987) Love how 'Claudia' (played by Barbara Streisand) swiftly rakes her long, red fingernails down her attacker's face, leaving bloody furrows on his cheek, and then escapes. So hot.

Black Vengeance (aka "Poor Pretty Eddie"; 1975) Some really strong-looking fingernails on this black chick, which she uses repeatedly on a hillbilly to get him off of her, while he's trying to rape her.

Dos Pistolleros Violentos (Mexican movie, 1985) This lady has some arousing, unpolished real nails that she uses on her assailant. Love how she first digs them in real hard with her left hand. Then, she engages her right hand, and tears down his face with both hands. Sexy hands and long, graceful fingers too.

- Dead Sleep (1990) A young, hot Linda Blair claws the face of her boss, who happens to be the movie's villain. The scratching sound that her nails make as they tear down his face is erotic.

- La Pintada (Mexican movie, 1986) A woman is attacked by an intruder in her bedroom. She desperately tries to push him off of her, and finally resorts to raking her nails down his face. The sound of her exerting herself as she tries to do as much facial damage as possible is really hot.

- Night of Dark Shadows (1971) This movie has 2 scratching scenes, performed by 'Angelique' (Lara Parker), who uses her long nails as her primary weapons of self defense. It's really sexy how she is so aggressive when she scratches (scratching is not what the movie is about, of course, but there just happen to be 2 juicy scratching scenes in it).

-Panchitos Ley (Mexican movie, 2002) No scratching per se, but the hot chick in this movie digs her nails into her rapist's eye, drawing blood and blinding him (just as hot as scratching, in my book). She has nice, sharp nails, too (and big Mexican tits).

You’re definitely a connoisseur of nail scratching, which is great.

Years ago, when I was an adolescent, witnessing and being scratched by girls with long nails was my thing. But it’s odd, that has changed over time. I still enjoy watching scratching scenes but not as much as I once did, and I don’t really like being scratched to the point of damage anymore, which I miss b/c I remember how alive it made me feel, but I do appreciate not being marked up all the time. Now I just love the look of long natural nails on a woman, no so long that they twist mind you, and I still enjoy light scratching.

I do recall that I enjoyed the scratching in the movie Def by Temptation (1990). The woman/succubus villain had long sexy nails. I remember that the the scratching scenes were great; however those scenes might not be as amazing as I remember—my creative imagination may have made it hotter than what was on the screen. In the pre-Internet era imagination was everything to a young boy at the time.

I used to enjoy exactly the same thing, and would still enjoy it today, but I'm too vain now and would hate to have myself scarred up by a woman's fingernails, erotic as it would be.
