It's easy to find movies with actresses that have long nails. The trick is finding them with natural nails. That's a lot harder.
Here's a Mexican flick from the 80s (the heyday of long fingernails) with at least 2 chicks with long, natural nails (timestamps at the bottom).

Here are some others, but I can't find links to them:
Deadline Assault (Elizabeth Montgomery has beautiful, long, red, natural nails. She even uses them on an assailant)
Beast of Morocco (aka "The Hand of Night". Alizia Gur sports unpolished, natural long nails. She scratches a man's face with them in one scene).
The Rockford Files: Season 2, Episode 22; A Bad Deal in the Valley (Susan Strasberg with some lovely, unpainted natural nails similar to the pic you posted).

Nice job
Re: Movie Nails or TV Nails 2021
The Card Counter (2021) - Oscar Isaac, Tiffany Haddish. Haddish sports inch+ long acrylics, rather inconsistently through the movie. The ending scene, however, is quite powerful.

The hardest part is to start. The rest comes naturally somehow.

I don't care if they're real or fake; just that they're very long (at least 1-2 inches off the fingertips)...you know how Barbara Streistand is known for her nails? Well in what movie/TV show/etc were they at their longest?
And as I already mentioned in a previous topic Tammy Wynette in 1982 had some amazing nails that were at least a couple inches...it's sad that she didn't stick with them
I too would love to see some hidden gems. I mean I'm sure there were always a few girls/women with very long nails but of course in the pre-internet days it was much harder to find out. Sometimes local county fairs had among other things a longest fingernails contest so obviously it always had some appeal.

What was the name of that movie? Sadly the Copyright Nazis took this one down.

I believe it's called "la Mujer Policia" (1987). Couldn't find it online anymore, but this is the movie: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0228616/
Sorry for the late reply. Haven't logged in for a while.

Tiffany Haddish again (see prev post about 'The Card Counter') enacts a 2"-stiletto-wielding gifted medium in horror/comedy 'Haunted Mansion'.
